Delete your MyuPDF account
If you want to delete your account and associated data from MyuPDF, please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: your full name (optional) and a short note confirming you want your MyuPDF account deleted.

What we delete
- Your authentication record (Google/Facebook sign-in).
- Profile information stored by MyuPDF (if any).
- In-app data stored on our servers that can be tied to your account.
What we may retain
We may keep minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations (for example, anonymized analytics or billing records). These records can’t be used to identify you.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 168 hours and will email you a confirmation when completed.
